Mullum Music Festival, now in its 9th year, will take place in the pubs, clubs, halls and streets of the little NSW north coast town of Mullumbimby from 17-20 November. Over 80 artists will perform over 4 days in 12 venues throughout the town.
Internationals this year include Americana-inspired singer songwriter Eilen Jewell, who rides her ‘Half-Broke Horse’ into town with vivid lyrics and steel guitars; Vancouver duo The Harpoonist & The Axe Murderer with some dirty blues, Tennessee singer-songwriter Julien Baker, and renowned Canadian bluesman, Mr Matt Andersen.
Australian highlights include 20-year-old Tash Sultana, Melbourne’s futuristic Olympia, outlaw country rock band Henry Wagons & The Only Children, The Drones frontman Gareth Liddiard, singer/songwriter Lior, Hat Fitz & Cara, Jordie Lane, and the loving musical embrace of Bobby Alu and the Palm Royale.
The festival’s full line-up will be announced August 1.
